RETURN and EXCHANGE

This Return Policy applies to all items purchased from GLITERZ.IN. The policy is subject to change, Hence, please visit our website GLITERZ.IN for the latest policy. For any RETURN or EXCHANGE claim, decision taken by GLITERZ.IN management will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.

  1. No money will be refunded if the return product does not fullfill the return policy criteria of GLITERZ.IN.
  2. Cash refund via bank transfer into Customers bank account will be done within 15 working days after we receive and validate your return.

GLITERZ.IN offers a simple and easy 3 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags intact in place. Items which have been used, without tags or Broken Tags will not be accepted GLITERZ.IN and will be sent back to the customer on there expense.

All items purchased from GLITERZ.IN can be returned for a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider);

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a Wallet Credit in their GLITERZ.IN account.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our Expert quality control team. This is subject to the return having met with the following requirements:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags intact will not be accepted.
  3. They should be returned within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
  4. In case you received a damaged/defective, product from GLITERZ.IN, it should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share the snapshot of the product at support@gliterz.in with your order reference no. After 24 hours timeline, any claim will not be entertained.
  5. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

MOST IMPORTANT- If any returned item received by us does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

*A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 7 working days from the date of receiving the items.

*In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to GLITERZ.IN. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's Bank A/c or GLITERZ.IN wallet account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit. This will only be done post the successful quality check of all the received items by our expert team.

  3. Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form* is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

*Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to GLITERZ.IN. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have lost your return form, CLICK HERE to print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –
