What should I do if my payment fails?

In a case when the payment fails, you can retry making the payment ensuring that the information that you have entered is accurate along with the billing address and other required details. If your payment is debited from your bank account even after the payment failure then it will get credited back within 7-10 days. This is done after receiving a confirmation from your bank.

The number of days taken to pick up a product may vary as per the logistic team which is assigned to pick up your product. It approximately takes 4-7 days.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected the Cash on Delivery option then there is no amount to be refunded since you have not paid for that order. All the payment that has been made through Net Banking, Credit Card, Wallet you will receive the refund amount in the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

How do I cancel the order that I have placed?

You can cancel your order only before it has been packed. If your order has already been shipped from our end, you can refuse to accept at the time of delivery. This way, your refund will be processed into the source account, if you had made the payment through online.
